Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We strive to provide high-quality security solutions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and parts.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

• Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return.

• Installed equipment or services provided are non-refundable once installation is completed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used security devices (due to security and privacy concerns).

• Subscription-based services, including monitoring or cloud storage fees.

• Gift cards or promotional items.

• Discounted or clearance items marked as "Final Sale."

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• If returning an item that was part of a bundle, discounts or promotional pricing adjustments may apply.

4. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Exchanges are only available for the same product or an item of equal value.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

• Monroe Integrated Solutions is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

6. Service Cancellations & Refunds

• Alarm Monitoring Plans: Cancellations require 45 days’ notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.

• Installation Services: Once installation is completed, labor fees are non-refundable.

• Maintenance or Subscription Services: Prepaid service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, refund, or exchange:

• Contact our customer support team at Monroe Integrated Solutions at 585-633-8895 with your order details.

• We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.

• Ship the item to our designated return address with the RA number clearly marked.

• Once received, we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange accordingly.
